01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliplays ("jiliplays," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliplays website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jiliplays Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jiliplays, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jiliplays Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliplays.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the jiliplays Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any part of the jiliplays Platform. This is a strict legal requirement under the PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. jiliplays does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliplays complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) jiliplays account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jiliplays or from any other gaming platform under a mutual exclusion arrangement are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the Platform.

jiliplays reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jiliplays may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jiliplays, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jiliplays is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines. Before processing any withdrawal, jiliplays will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliplays account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliplays will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jiliplays immediately via the live chat support function. jiliplays reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jiliplays wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliplays accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method as displayed on the Payment page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliplays wallet within seconds for GCash and Maya, and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jiliplays reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the completion of KYC verification. jiliplays does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jiliplays Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliplays does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and will be subject to the exchange rates applied by the player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jiliplays is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all related regulations. jiliplays reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Deposits made to a jiliplays account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jiliplays offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the individual bonus terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jiliplays reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jiliplays reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a promotion.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jiliplays Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The outcomes of all jiliplays games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real cards, wheels, or dice operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. jiliplays does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• RNG Certification: The RNG systems used in jiliplays slot games, bingo, and other non-live games are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — are operated by trained dealers under studio supervision. Results are final once the round is closed.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body or league. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, jiliplays reserves the right to void affected bets pending official confirmation.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jiliplays reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jiliplays will not be liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliplays Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process
• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliplays staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliplays Platform, including but not limited to the jiliplays brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliplays or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiliplays
• Use the jiliplays brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement by jiliplays
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes

Any unauthorised use of jiliplays intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 14.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliplays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliplays has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiliplays does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliplays will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall jiliplays's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jiliplays account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliplays's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jiliplays is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. jiliplays recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and the Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jiliplays players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from jiliplays.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

jiliplays reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder has registered multiple accounts

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jiliplays reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, jiliplays may forfeit the account balance and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

You may close your jiliplays account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of your account at your request, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jiliplays reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliplays will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jiliplays Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The jiliplays Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, jiliplays encourages players to first contact the customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication with the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe that jiliplays has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
